From sitting down with a cuppa at our initial meeting with you to seeing your reaction when seeing our designs for the first time on your Wedding day. We love it all. It brings us so much happiness to be part of your dreams and visions and to be able to combine all the details into the final design. But we also totally understand that wedding planning can be very overwhelming and we are here to take you through your floral design step by step gently guiding you on the way with our creative skills and experience.

THE JOURNEY

02-Proposal

Following our initial consultation we will pull together a bespoke proposal and quote based on your ideas, venue and budget.


03-Secure the date

If you feel we are what you are looking for and you wish to have us onboard as your floral designers; then a £150 deposit is due to secure your date.


04-Design & Prep

We will be in constant communication with you in the lead up to the wedding date to discuss any design changes, these can be accommodated up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding.


05-On the day

The day has arrived! We will install any of the larger arrangements the day prior. bouquets and buttonholes will be hand delivered the morning of the wedding



01-Initial Chat

After we have confirmed our availability on your date we will reach out and arrange a time to have a quick chat, listen over your ideas, and tell you more about ourselves to make sure we are the perfect fit. This can be face-to-face or over Zoom/ FaceTime.


06-The day after

We will arrange to clear down the flowers and collect any vases etc we can also organise any flowers that you would like to go with you and your family to further enjoy.

ELOPEMENTS

Born out of the love to travel together for love to a unique, sometimes wild, and romantic destination to exchange your vows with each other. We would love to be part of that journey with you, it could be for a simple bouquet and buttonhole or to create a ceremony backdrop - whatever you require we can make it happen. We can let you pick up your flowers on your way or we can do installs at your destination.

FAQ

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    The earlier the better! Typically, 12 months in advance. A small deposit will secure your date.

  • What flowers will be in available at the time of my wedding?

    Super that you are thinking seasonally, we love designing with that in mind. We can advise on blooms that will be available and how best to use them.

  • Do you have wedding packages?

    We do not have any specific wedding packages we like to simply provide you with a bespoke service. This could be bridal bouquets and simple table flowers or large installations, therefore not one fits all.

  • Is it possible to meet at the church/ venue beforehand?

    Absolutely! This is a great chance to meet you face to face and get a feel of how you would like your wedding to be. We can discuss plans and scope out the venue for ideas. I have worked in many of the surrounding venues such as Murthly Castle, Errol Park, and Athol Palace, so have experience in what works well in the space.

  • Can you advise on budget?

    Typically weddings start around the £1500 mark however this depends of course on your floral needs. We do cater for elopements therefore costs and requirements are different from a venue wedding so we ask you to get in touch and we will tailor your package accordingly.

  • Can we take our flowers away after the wedding?

    Of course! We love our flowers to have a second life! Take them home to enjoy afterward or perhaps to friends and family, we can arrange to deconstruct and wrap your flowers up so they can be easily transported home.

  • How do you arrive at the costs of my wedding flowers?

    A lot of people wonder how we cost our wedding flowers when they see bunches of flowers in the supermarket for much less, this is a tricky question, but I will try and be as transparent with you. Flowers are not cheap! Many factors go into your final costing and is not just the flowers. We need to factor into the season, availability of the blooms you require, the size of your wedding, the guest count, the complexity of your designs, do we need more manpower, how long will it take to create your designs, what mechanics will we need, time taken to design and write proposals, setting up and clearing down your wedding all contribute to your overall costs.

  • Are there additional fees?

    There will be a charge that includes travel, set up, and clear down. This will be subject to change depending on the location of the wedding and if additional members are needed to install or clear down. There will also be a charge if we need to stay at the wedding and move arrangements around from ceremony to venue etc, however, we do try and source out that work to helpful groomsmen!
